This morning I’m looking back over the last 3 days of Quilt Expo and it was such a great success. So many people stopped by the Sewing Machine Project booth to talk and learn more about what we’re all about. Visitors loved the beautiful copper pins that Michelle had donated and so many made donations and picked up a pin at the same time. Nancy Zieman stopped by the booth a few times and I was so happy to know how interested she is in our project. Many visitors also were interested in finding out more about donating machines so it’ll be interesting to watch in the next few weeks and see how this response plays out.
I’d like to figure out a way to actually take machine donations at next year’s expo…I guess I’d better get planning!
